Booking Conditions: 1. Price includes reasonable consumption of electricity, water and logs. 2. All lets are from 4pm Saturday to 10am the following Saturday. 3. A booking deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking. Should this booking be subsequently cancelled the deposit will be forfeit. 4. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the let. Should you cancel your booking within this period half of the rental will be forfeit unless a suitable alternative tenant is found. 5. Bed linen, tea towels and towels are not supplied. Pillows and duvets are supplied. 6. The house is let on a self clean basis. It is the responsibility of tenant(s) to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition ready for the next guests. 7. A separate cheque for £150 should be sent with the final balance which will be held against damage, cleaning and the return of keys. 8. Pets, other than registered guide dogs, are not permitted. 9. The property is strictly no smoking. 10. The property is occupied at own risk. 11. A cleaning service is available at the end of your stay for an additional fee of £20.00.
